To : The National Training Commission and All JCI Certified National Trainers
From : 2007 NP Glenn B. Santos
Subject : Rationalizing JCI Training Activities in JCI Philippines Until The End of 2007
————————————————————————————————————————-

The Office of The 2007 JCI Philippines National President is enjoining All Area Commissioners of the National Training Commission, the 2007 JCI Philippines Presidential Advisor For Trainings, and all the regional and area training coordinators through their respective NVPs and NEVPs, as well as Local Organizations under JCI Philippines to coordinate first with the undersigned office on prospective and planned implementation of JCI Signature Courses in our National Organization. We would like to ensure a smooth implementation of future JCI Signature Courses in the Philippines until the end of 2007.

The JCI Signature Courses include JCI PRIME, JCI Presenter, JCI Trainer, JCI Designer, JCI LEAD, and the JCI Head Trainer. It will also soon include JCI Speaker, JCI Admin, among other new offerings of JCI University in the coming months.

Many things have been said while emotions are flying high on the implementation of these JCI Signature Courses in the Philippines. This should be put to an end. We cannot move forward and maximize the new programs of JCI University if our National Organization is not united to provide these opportunities to the JCI Members in the Philippines.

Therfore, in order to rationalize the conduct of JCI Signature Courses in our National Organization, please do not undertake such initiatives unless they are cleared formally by the Office of the National President.

This policy directive will begin on September 1.

Thank you very much!

Yours in JCI,

JCI Sen. GLENN B. SANTOS
National President

Circular No. 1 s. 2007
Date: 22 August 2007

To : The National Training Commission and All JCI Certified National Trainers
From : 2007 NP Glenn B. Santos
Subject : JCI Head Trainer (HT) Course in JCI Philippines - 24 August 2007 in Clark Field, Pampanga
——————————————————————————————————————–

The Office of The 2007 JCI Philippines National President would like to inform the National Training Commission and all its senior JCI Certified Trainers from the ranks of CNTs and up that there will be a JCI Head Trainer Course in the Philippines. This will be held on 24 August 2007 (Friday), 7PM, at Clark Field, Pampanga.

Normally, the said course can only be offered in the Asia-Pacific Conference and other Area Conferences and the World Congress. The cost of attending the Asia Pacific Conference in Busan in 2008 would be around USD1,000.00. However, the JCI Head Trainer Course will be cascaded for the very first time in a National Organization in Asia-Pacific (Area B) in cooperation with the JCI University in Asia-Pacific.

This training opportunity is being hosted by the Office of The 2007 JCI Philippines National President. Registration is FREE. But per JCI University Guidelines, it is only the JCI Certified Trainers with the rank of CNT and up that can register for the course.

The attendance to the JCI Head Trainer Course is now being required from all our trainers with the ranks of CNTs and above. This is now a policy requirement of JCI University before they can be considered as Head Trainers or potential Head Trainers to any of the JCI Signature Courses of JCI University effective immediately. The JCI Signature Courses include JCI PRIME, JCI Presenter, JCI Trainer, JCI Designer, JCI LEAD, and JCI Head Trainer as well. It will also soon include JCI Speaker, JCI Admin, among other new offerings of JCI University in the coming months.

Recently, the previous Head Trainer status of ALL JCI Certified Trainers around the world were recalled pending the required attendance to the JCI Head Trainer Course. The privilege of attaining Head Trainer status has a consequent responsibility. There are more to being a Head Trainer than merely conducting a JCI Signature Course. The intent is to bring ALL senior JCI certified trainers worldwide on the same page with regards to the NEW standards, rules, and procedures of the JCI University. This is one of the major developments in JCI University this year in its desire to achieve consistency in the professional delivery of JCI Signature Courses around the world.

Please wait for the course to be included among the Upcoming Courses in the JCI University website - www.jci.cc/university.

I am advising the National Training Commission to coordinate the conduct of the course and all its details with the 2007 JCI Philippines Presidential Advisor For Trainings, JCI Member Richard Denis D. Tan, to ensure the successful implemention of the very first JCI Head Trainer Course in JCI Philippines.

In the meantime, I am personally inviting ALL JCI Certified National Trainers (CNTs) and up to take advantage of this training opportunity and register for the course. Likewise, I would expect the participants would pay forward their free registration by actively sharing their new knowledge and experience to the members of JCI Philippines at every opportunity in the coming years.

Thank you very much!

Yours in JCI,

JCI Sen. GLENN B. SANTOS
