Date: August 16, 2007

To : All LOM Presidents, NB Members and Key JCI Members
From : JCIP Secretariat
Subject : Deadline for Submission of Bids for Natcon 2009
————————————————————————————-

Greetings from your Secretariat!

Our 59th National Convention in Cebu City is fast approaching. This year’s host, the JCI Cebu, Inc, is busy in their preparations so that they can give us an enjoyable, memorable and successful National Convention. So far, they are doing their best in motivating everyone’s interest to participate in this year’s Convention.
Relative to this, be informed that our National Secretariat has not yet receive any bid for the 2009 Natcon during and after the March 15, 2007 deadline.

In this regard, in compliance with Pol. 4.5, Sec. 4 of our Policy Manual which allows the extension for the submission bids until September 14, 2007. We are therefore pleased to invite interested LOMs to bid for the hosting of the 2009 National Convention. Since our Natcon 2008 will be held in Dipolog City (Mindanao Area) to be hosted by the JCI Greater Dipag and in observance of our tradition of rotation priority will be given this time to those LOMs from the Luzon Area.

We hope of receiving your letter of intent to bid for said affair address to the National Secretariat, JCI Philippines Headquarters, No. 14 Don A. Roces Avenue, Quezon City on or before said extended deadline with the corresponding Bid Fee of Fifteen Thousand Pesos (P15,000.00). Such bid will be considered by the Excom members and will be presented for approval by the General Assembly during the National Convention in Cebu City this coming October 11-14, 2007.

Thank you very much!

JCI Philippines Secretariat,

JCI HEAD TRAINERS COURSE

Hello Certified National Trainers!

As emailed to you previously, we will be having a JCI HEAD TRAINERS COURSE on August 24, Friday 7pm to 12 midnight at Clark Field Pampanga. Currently NTC Voltaire is negotiating for the registration with JCI University Coordinator Richard Tan. The hurdle would be the cost of Karen’s travel.

The venue will be in Clark since Karen Smythe wishes all CNT to have a short observation on the new JCI Presenter Course. HT Course is only available initially in Aspac Conference and World Congress. A CNTs completion of HT course will allow one to Head key JCI Courses such as Achieve, Admin, Presenter, Prime, Trainer, Designer, Lead, Advance and others (provided of course if the CNT has been an assistant trainer and has completed all the modules of the courses mentioned).

We will keep you posted for more updates soon.

Thank you and good day!

Glenn
