Warmest Greetings Fellow JCI Members
The country’s economy seems to have bright prospects but our monetary currency still remains volatile which create negative effects on our economic condition. With these your incoming 2008 National Board still remains optimistic amidst all these dire economic predictions. Consequently, our organization must also look positively towards an economic upswing particularly alongside our targets in membership growth, sourcing of funds for our national projects and activities and at the same time cope with our administrative obligations.
This year’s incoming leadership, cognizant of the difficulties experienced by everyone will do whatever it can to alleviate this burden. It is for this reason that we have decided to forego the plan of increasing the membership dues and maintain the current rate at ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (Php 1, 500.00) per member. We will just find other means by instituting a more prudent financial management and conduct more aggressive fundraising campaigns to bridge the gap.
In order to encourage LOMs to pay their membership dues as early as possible, your incoming 2008 National Board has created an attractive “Early Bird Promo Package”. For those LOMs who will pay either in cash or dated checks on or before the National Convention on October 11-13, 2007, they will be entitled to the following.
1. A Twenty percent Discount (20%) on their membership dues (Php 1, 200.00 per member).
2. Aside from earning the Maximum 25 JCIPEA points for a minimum of 25 paid members, early birds will be given 15 Bonus Points and an additional one (1) point per paid member in excess over last year’s declaration.
3. A package of the following items for FREE: a LOM President’s Shirt, LOM President’s Manual in CD, LOM President’s Pin, LOM President’s Nameplate.
4. All Early Birds are entitled to join the Raffle Draw for Free Cellular Phones Units.
However, we are still encouraging all LOMs to pay their membership dues and still get the change to avail the said early bird scheme except for the raffle draw have a cellular phone units. If dues is paid on or before December 28, 2007, 10 bonus points will be given while dues paid on or January 31, 2008, 5 bonus points will be given.
We are confident that with your strong support we can face the challenges and responsibilities during our term.
